Greenwood County (standard abbreviation: GW) is a county located in the state of Kansas. As of 2000, the population is 7,673. Its county seat is Eureka, Kansas.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,985 km² (1,153 mi²). 2,952 km² (1,140 mi²) of it is land and 33 km² (13 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.12% water.
