Linn County is a county located in the state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 13,754. Its county seat is Linneus.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,610 km² (621 mi²). 1,607 km² (620 mi²) of it is land and 3 km² (1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.18% water.
