Warren County is a county located in the state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 24,525. Its county seat is Warrenton.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,134 km² (438 mi²). 1,117 km² (431 mi²) of it is land and 17 km² (6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.47% water.
