Hutchinson County is a county located in the state of South Dakota. As of 2000, the population is 8,075. Its county seat is Olivet.

Geography

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,109 km² (814 mi²). 2,105 km² (813 mi²) of it is land and 4 km² (2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.19% water.
