Roberts County is a county located in the state of South Dakota. As of 2000, the population is 10,016. Its county seat is Sisseton.

Geography

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,941 km² (1,135 mi²). 2,852 km² (1,101 mi²) of it is land and 88 km² (34 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 3.00% water.

The average household size is 2.66 and the average family size is 3.22.
